1. Definitions

1.1 “Organizer” refers to Elefari Experiences, the entity responsible for hosting the Experience.

1.2 “Guest” refers to any individual, representative of a group, tour operator, agent, or partner attending the Experience.

1.3 “Booking” refers to the confirmed reservation of attendance for the Experience, made directly or through an authorized agent.

1.4 “Experience” refers to the outdoor movie screening conducted by the Organizer.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By making a booking or attending the Experience, Guests agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2.2 Where a booking is made on behalf of other participants, the person making the booking confirms that they are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of all participants.

3. Bookings, Reservations, and Payments

3.1 Bookings can be made via:

3.2 All bookings are subject to availability and will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment as outlined in Section 5 (Payment Policy).

3.3 Bookings should be made at least 2 days prior to the Experience.

4. Booking Policy

4.1 Bookings made 30 days or more in advance require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 10 days prior to the Experience.

4.2 Bookings made less than 10 days before the Experience require full payment at the time of booking.

4.3 Any changes or additions to a confirmed booking (e.g., adding extra guests) are subject to additional charges, which may include premium pricing for last-minute arrangements.

5. Payment Policy

5.1 Payment is required to confirm a booking. Available payment options include:

5.2 Payment confirms the booking and secures the Guest’s attendance.

5.3 All balances must be paid according to the schedule set out in Section 4.

6. Amendment Policy

6.1 Guests may request amendments to their booking, such as date changes or adjustments to the number of attendees, subject to availability.

6.2 Amendments requested less than 2 days before the Experience may incur additional charges to cover administrative or operational costs.

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1 Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to the Experience will incur no penalty for the deposit, provided the cancellation is communicated in writing.

7.2 Cancellations made within 10 days of the Experience will forfeit the deposit or full payment, unless the cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances and there is prior written communication to this effect.

7.3 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Experience due to unforeseen circumstances, adverse weather, or force majeure. In such cases, Guests will be offered rescheduling or a full refund.

8. Rates and Commission

8.1 The 2026 rates are as follows:

• USD 73 per adult (commissionable to tour operators and travel agents at 10%).
• Children aged 3–12 years: 50% discount of the adult rate.
• Rates include entry to the Experience, crisps, nuts & freshly made popcorn, house wines, local beers, soft drinks, mineral water, coffee, and tea.

8.2 Group booking: One complimentary ticket for every 15 paid guests.

8.3 Exclusive bookings: It is possible to arrange an exclusive movie night experience subject to discussion and agreement with the Organizer. This may include enhancement of the experience with themed dining experiences at an additional cost.

9. Admission and Attendance

9.1 Admission is restricted to Guests with confirmed and fully paid bookings.

9.2 Guests should arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled screening time of 6:00 p.m.

10. Safety and Security

10.1 The Organizer provides a secure venue. However, guests must remain responsible for their personal belongings.

10.2 Pets are strictly prohibited.

11. Weather Conditions

11.1 The Experience is an outdoor experience and may be affected by weather conditions. In the event of rain causing the event to be canceled, a refund will be arranged.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

12.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.

13. Liability

13.1 The Organizer shall exercise reasonable care in conducting the Experience but shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

13.2 While every reasonable measure is taken to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well managed Experience, the Organizer shall not be responsible for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur during the Experience. Guests are encouraged to remain aware of their surroundings and take appropriate care of their personal belongings throughout the event.
